Since 2012, ATH Training Group has provided high-quality, affordable first aid training for individuals, groups and businesses across Essex. We run regular open courses in Basildon, Chelmsford and Colchester, as well as onsite workplace training at a time and location that suits your organisation.

After many years in the health and fitness industry, I founded ATH Training in 2012. As the business continued to grow, we acquired Colchester-based Promed Training Ltd in July 2017. We later brought the two organisations together as ATH Training Group Ltd, which now has branches in Colchester, Chelmsford and Basildon.
I believe high-quality training should be affordable, practical and enjoyable. Our courses are delivered in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere that keeps every learner involved. By making complex subjects clear and engaging, we help delegates leave with both the knowledge they need and the confidence to act in an emergency.
We place great importance on developing our instructors’ skills. As part of our company policy, every employee is trained to a minimum of Responder level.
Our trainers carry state-of-the-art teaching equipment as well as operational emergency equipment, including fully stocked responder bags and defibrillators. This means they are prepared should a medical emergency occur during a course or at a venue where we are delivering training.
